Saturday: Walked the length of the boardwalk and back (2 miles). Would have done more, but it was getting too warm and I had cleaning to do for Mom's visit.

I know this is outside the date range of the thread, but here goes:
Wednesday: 40-minute powerwalk + 15 mins upper body weight work
The heat wave has finally abated a bit and, while it was still warmer than I'd wish at 7:55 a.m. when I set off for my walk, it was at least bearable due to a very strong breeze. This is my first walk since the heat wave began and I have totally fallen down on doing any indoor exercise as an alternative on those days. However, I have been cleaning every day, moving furniture, and on my feet a great deal, so I have still had some activity.
