Still a couple more to go though to get comfortably back into my range. I know what I just need to do, I just need to do it - stay on plan!
This week will be a challenge as I have two restaurant dinners scheduled. One will be sushi the other is a place we've never been so I have no idea what they'll have on the menu. It will all be about good/better/best Sunday. A few days later, we leave for FL which will be stressful at very least. I'll have to keep the stress eating well managed.

I'm late, but weighed this morning and was happy to be in range- comfortably. I think that getting back on track by posting on the What's for Dinner thread helped clean me up a bit.

YIKES! I did not know that. We had to each research a company for my Career Development class when I was going to night school and I chose them. I found out that one of the founders is also a Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma survivor. Dd & I really like their chocolate.

I'm at the same place as last week, but from Friday AM to Monday AM I was up 3 pounds (add in a trip to Laguna Beach and Disneyland, home of everything high in sodium and fat, but balanced with LOTS of walking), but am back to normal today....I KNEW it was fluid retention. Took me a couple of days to get it off though.
Blessings,
Lori

Sharfen-Berger is soooooo wonderful. I actually let out a scream when I read that they were bought out by Hershey's (poor DH thought I'd injured myself and came running). I hope they just own it and let them keep working their choco-magic.

Up a pound from last week. I just can't seem to break through past 150.
I'm pretty sure it's a mental blockage...I must be easing up on myself when I get down a few pounds. Must be time for yet another reassement and recommitment.

I'm down 4# from last week. I made some major changes this week. Hope to keep it going this time.
Way to go Linda!
This week I am down 2 pounds to 179.5. I am so glad. There is something about crossing those decade marks. Plus, I expected to have gained again. So I was pleasantly surprised.
I'm down 2 pounds since last week. Can't complain, but frankly I'm frustrated that I keep bouncing up & down in this same zone. Well, at least I'm on a downward bounce! I'll just keep on working, and we'll see what happens next week.
