I happened to turn on the food network the other day. "Everyday Italian" was on. They had a good recipe which looked yummy. The only thing I substituted was the pecorino cheese w/parmasen (sp), ramano adaigo mix because I couldn't find that cheese. Probably if I had gone to whole foods they would have carried it.
I tried it this past weekend and it was great!
The recipe is called Whole-wheat spaghetti w/swiss chard and pecorino cheese.
