At Weight Watchers they give all kinds of trinkets for achieving goals. The first big one is a key chain for taking 10% of your starting weight off. I have sat through more people getting their key chains, getting to goal and knowing I should be there, but many factors stop me or at least have hindered me; among them meds.

But, today, although I wasn't going to go....I did go, and then I wasn't going to weigh in...lost cause, my appetite came back after being sick all month, and I let it in the door.
Then, I weighed in anyway. Down, 1.8 --- which gave me my 10-%!!!!!! AND very close to a 25 lbs loss!YIPEE! I am so proud of me, I did it on my own, with help and support from you, the people at WW, and many friends. But basically I took the weight off.

How cool is that!

Summer Challenge Goals:

1. Get out of the house and in the pool four days a week.
2. Schedule meals a week at a time.
3. five fruits and vegetables a day, along with water.

VERY, VERY, VERY cool and congrats!!!!!

And I agree... YOU were the one who did it!!!
You might have had "help" but YOU were the one who made all of the thousands and thousands of decisions to eat right and exercise over the many months. And you were the one who never quit!

Woooo Hoooo!
