Had an early dinner tonight as I have rehearsal this evening so the kitchen is already closed. Another on-plan day.

monday & tuesday have been great. i could still feel some bloat (and was verified by a return of bleeding with TOM on tuesday). the bloat was gone this morning so iam sure it was due to TOM.
i have been enjkoying turkish figs. really yummy. i also am trying to eat more sprouted grain toast because i think i need more carbs--low energy, mental fog in the afternoon.

allergy season sure makes me drag my butt at the gym. SLO-MO!

Sounds like Brie and I are following the same pattern. I had a great day yesterday and am down another pound this AM. This puts me back to where I was last Thursday. Big Grin (FINALLY!!) Yesterday ended up being a "Lazy" day for me, where I just focused on sleeping in, hanging out with my second mom for a late breakfast, and then just worked on homework until I had to leave for work. I feel more "normal" today than I have in probably a month, albeit still a little tired (and that will be tough to shake until school is over with).

I'm on track so far today, but I'm hoping to get out tonight for a run, or I'm relegated to the dreadmill (which makes me nauseous to even think about).

I'm down four pounds since Monday's weigh in. Feeling much better that this water retention is gone. Now to get working on getting to a more comfortable part of my range.

On to day 3!

I'm down as well today and have had two good days in a row. They've both had their challenges emotionally so I'm extra happy with myself. If I could get through the past two days, I can do it until I'm back to where I want to be.

I am down 1.5 from yesterday, which is a great start. Today has been very good, very clean. I got rained out from a run, so I spent the day doing homework, which hopefully will let me out for a run tomorrow. I may try to throw in a DVD when I get home if I have any energy left after work.

Easter caught up with me this am. Up 3 lbs and my insides aren't too happy either. Oh well. I suppose I know what to do. The cheesecake I made wasn't a huge success so I'm kind of relieved I don't have the urge to eat it.

i felt pretty good monday morning, doing my workout. no bloat.
i had a clean monday . it will be a busy week which makes for a easier way to stay on my food plan. too busy to snack is always a good thing.

judy, the pollen in north carolina has been awful. my tongue itches. my throat does not feel like a throat. my nose starts to run a marathon without warning. i look very much like a lawyer when all of a sudden, a liter of runny snot soars out of my nostril. i could take a knife and scratch my eyeball. i am hoping things get better soon. we are supposed to have rain for 2 days and i hope it washes this yellow dusting away. all of my friends are complaining too. i am right there with you judy!

I have been under the weather for a month now (pollen Frowner) and not going to the Y regularly. It has affected my broncial(sp?) tubes and I have been "blowing my brains out" Wink. I have gone thru 2 of the really big boxes of Kleenex every week for the past 4 or 5 weeks.

Today I actually feel rather clear headed. I went to the Y this morning and did my weights but I did not have time to walk (had to hurry back home).

My goal for this week is to get to the Y at least 4 days (I can't go tomorrow) and get back to logging my food on fitday.

Team Lean started again today at the Y and I hope to lose another 15lbs this time.

4 lbs overnight can't possibly be fat pounds. There must be fluid retention and other stuff at work there. Go easy on yourself. It'll be gone before you know it.

I've been eating off plan all week....it's possible it just finally caught up with me but I know what I need to do and I'll do it. Staying in range and fitting comfortably in my clothes is very important to me and isn't worth sticking my hand in dd's Easter stash.

I've got all my veggies prepped for dinner and I'll be at a wake during my "danger time" so today should be just fine. I'll report back for "real" later on though!

I made a big mistake tonight. I made a cheesecake... for the first time in 10+ years. It tasted okay (that's the mistake), and it'll probably be edible for at least two days. Oh dear.

My plan for the week is to continue to stay within my calorie range, continue to avoid the snack monster, and stay far away from salt. Otherwise, I'd be three pounds less today.

My goals this week:

1. Commit to my new food plan- really dig into working with it this week.
2. Log each day on fitday (I am still seeing how to get the 75/15/10 mix in ways that please me.)

I managed to get through the week still at the upper end of my range but I'm feeling yucky and bloated (doesn't help that it's that TOM).

I need to get back to my lower end of my range.

Here's the general plan to get there:
B: my usual whole grain english muffin with lite cream cheese
L: salad alternating with various veggies
S: ff yogurt with fruit
D: 4 oz of lean protein with two veggies
E: 1 hour minimum alternating between cardio only and weight intervals

If between meals and hungry - raw veggies or fruit only.

No alcohol or dessert until back at the bottom of my range.

I have been really good. I worked out today, have a run planned for tomorrow, eaten very little in the way of easter goodies, and did really well last night. I'm hoping to see a nice number on the scale tomorrow.
