I just want to say that Sept was one the worst months ever. If anything could go wrong, it did.
It all started with hurricane katrina.
My roommate and I have been very depressing because were no longer moving..(tears)..
After that it was just one big dump of everything and anything that could kick us down even farther.
Well, it's a new month and were back on track!!!
I restarted my proper eating habits and were looking into joining a gym since were not moving for at least a year..
I feel like a weight has been lifted off my chest.

1. Exercise2-3 times a week
