WW, that is. And it was hard! I felt like the leader, etc. all were looking at me, like "oh back again!" But I had to do it, stress or no stress. I have just lost control so badly. I have re-gained a lot of weight and just don't want to keep up that trend. I think I will try to focus more on controlling portions of what I normally eat, and work in the good stuff, instead of changing the world all at once!

I have only been a WW member for a year and haven't accomplished much and I always wonder if they think "why doesn't she get off her butt and do this" --I did lose 20# before I joined. I have to say, however, that no one has ever said anything judgemental. I know my perfectionism holds me back because when I am "on" I try to be perfect and that means deprivation and hunger headaches.
I am so incredibly proud of you! Yes it's hard to walk back in for the XX time. And I too felt like the gal at the table was saying, "wonder how long she'll stay this time". But that's not true. Last week, she told she had joined and rejoined 27 times, having each of her books in her WW bag to show people, her 28th time did it....I was impressed and amazed that she would share that with me.
I had to make the decision that THIS was indeed the last time. I was going to stick with it, get to my goal and live there forever. There wasn't going to be the opportunity to quit, no way! If I were the last person standing at WW, I would be there till I got to goal. So go for it, you could be the leader in time...and I think you'd make a great one!
Summer Challenge Goals:

I've been there-every time I filled out that little card to re-register I thought, I wonder how many of these they have for me. Anyway, don't worry about what anyone else thinks. Be proud of yourself for continuing your effort toward a better you. Jill

summer 7 challenge goals: - Meditate every day - Start the day with positive imagery and self talk Out of our beliefs are born deeds; out of our deeds we form habits; out of our habits grows our character; and on our character we build our destiny.

That is a good place to start. I have renounced my membership in the "clean plate club" and am making a very conscience effort to not eat everything on my plate in spite of my mother constantly saying "But you didn't finish your dinner!"
1. do 4 laps on walking track without "resting" 2. do 1 mile (17laps) in 20 minutes (3miles per hour)
