Good morning everyone!! It has been a while since I've checked in here, hope everyone is doing well on this Tuesday morning!
Lots of goodies on the main page I need to check out after reading here a bit.
Did any of you catch Oprah yesterday? I love Dr. Oz any time he is on there but the show focused on healthy tips for preparing meals for your family (mainly the children). My DS isn't one ounce overweight and he does like some veggies but I'm always looking for ways to sneak a little more variety into his diet. Jessica Seinfield (Jerry's wife) was on the show too w/her cookbook. She makes purees' from various veggies and adds them into her recipes. I thought it was such a cool idea for both children & adults.

I just caught up with the Oprah shows from last week on tape when I got back from vacation, so I did just see the Dr. Oz/Jessica Seinfeld episode the other day. Pretty funny stuff! Oprah seemed to be enjoying her tastings.
Personal Healthy Habits Challenge - 10/1 to 12/31/08: 1. Exercise: Get back to consistently working out 3-5 X week. 2. Food: Get back to consistently preparing healthy lunches for the week with increased veg servings. 3. Behavior: Reduce intake of sweets.
