Wow Judy, that's great! I think it is so cool that you can get out there and exercise. Weren't you not able to do much physically for a while from being sick? I'm sure getting out of the house feels great too! I'm so happy for you. Jill

Boy am I beat!  I went to Curves this afternoon (30 min) and then did another mile and a half at the Y after dd got off from work.

I walked 2 miles on the track at the Y this morning  . Last week I would get tired after a couple of laps and sit down a while. Yesterday & today I tried taking a 30second breathing break at the end of each lap and I didn't have to sit down a single time either day. The only reason I did not make 2 miles yesterday was that we had to leave by 3pm to take my mother to dinner & I ran out of time.
