Goals:
1. Stop thinking like a chronic dieter and start living to inspire.
2. HALT (hungry, anxious, lonely, tired) I will stop and tune in with myself should I experience these things, and respond with something healthy.
3. One word 2008: courage
4. Eat slow and mindfully.

Victory! Scary how bad I am at this digital stuff given I program these silly computers for a living! LOL Anyway, this is from Christmas Day. Didn't think I should post a pic of my cousin's adorable new baby on the web without their permission but that's who I'm holding. She's cuter but you all get me. Smiler

Here's a picture of me with my husband in September -- I liked this one so much that we used it for our holiday card this year.

I'll try and get Bob to take a decent picture of me this weekend. I don't have anything recent that is good. And me posting a picture featuring a Don King-like hairdo so isn't happening. In the mean time, here's a picture of me and Bob together at Dinner last year

How funny! I am a natural red head.

I have seen photos of you and Sheri before, and I have had the good fortune to meet Judy and Steph.

These were taken last spring sometime, the first one I posted was taken a couple of weeks ago. (The one is me in my messy kitchen, the other was taken by a professional for work.)

you can also see photos in my success story on the home page.

I'll try to work on this over the weekend. Even though I've been coming here for ...years. You can use the one I post as my before, since I seem to be starting over again.
