Wednesday: NYC Ballet Floor Barre (stretches, abs and legs) (20 mins.)

I did, in fact, make it to bellydancing on Monday night.
Plan for tomorrow, 20-25 minutes on the bike.

Sunday walked a ton back and forth from the race in 93 degree weather carrying a cooler, including 6 flights of stairs straight up.
Swam for an hour on Sunday night.
Monday 1 hour water aerobics done.
Monday pm plan... maybe bellydancing. The air conditioning is out at the school and it is supposed to be in the mid 90s here.
