It's the end of June already! Sheesh! What's happening to summer????

Anyway, it's time to get homework captains figured out for June. Who's up for it? It's actually a great way to keep on track (at least a reminder) through the summer.


Life is like a roller coaster, with lots of ups and downs, but the curves, spirals, loops and corkscrews are what make life interesting.

Healthy Habits Challenge Goals:
1.Log food each day to monitor staying at 1300 calories per day.
2. Exercise 4x per week (5x is a bonus)

Sorry, like I said last month. July is really crazy this year. I am not really sure where I will be or what I will be doing in terms of having access to a computer for three weeks out of the 4.

Things are just too insane at work right now to take on one more thing, even something I enjoy, so I'm going to pass this month.


Rest of Summer Goals:
1. Exercise-Cardio: Min. 2-3 walking or DVD cardio workouts per week.
2. Exercise-Weights/Toning: Min. 1 weight plus 1 toning workout per week.
3. Food: Get those veggie servings back up to where they were!
4. Behavior: Start reducing sweets now that the automatic after-meal response is better.

I'm our for June as I am teaching a cooking class for 2 weeks at dd's school. The logistics are huge!
I hope to hop back in August.
