So today I was all set to be on my plan of going to the gym and getting a nice cardio session in. Luckily, I did and included some weight training. (Even though my inner child wanted to be lazy and stay home.)

As I got in the car and thought about our road trip to the in laws tomorrow I said "I should fill up the car with a full tank of gas". I KNEW by doing that it would add more temptation of fast food on my way home. Part of me almost really gave into it. But, the stronger person came out and said---you have a homemade salad in the fridge just waiting for you.

So I FINALLY made it home---after every fast food chain passed me by---had my salad, made a cup of pasta and called it a day.

I had a BIG conflict with all this. I don't know if it is laziness, holidays, or me wanting to give into temptations.

Yeah, Steph.

In celebration, or (in honor) of your achievement Big Grin, I'm going to go hit my treadmill for a nice long walk. Wink

Way to go!

It is also called being pregnant and tired. I remember being extremely tired when I was pregnant.

Eating healthy and exercising will help a lot with that though. Good for you for sticking to your guns.

Yay for you!!!!

I think that many people believe that being preg. will magically make them want to be healthier...

But really it takes the same level of commitment and just saying, "No. I'm going home and having my planned lunch! That's it!"

Yay for you for hanging in there!

The important thing is that you did Steph! You stayed on plan and went home anyway.
Some days will be harder than others but that's OK. You did it!!!

summer 7 challenge goals:
- Meditate every day
- Start the day with positive imagery and self talk
