For dinner tonight I thought it would be nice to bake some panko crusted chicken tenders. I have the chicken soaking in some buttermilk now and I think once I start assembling I will add some salt, pepper, and paprika to the panko.

How long and what temp. should I bake the chicken for? and should i think about spraying them before I bake them?

I would think 350 for 12-15 minutes would work. If they don't look done, cook them longer.

I would definitely give them a little spritz of spray grease to help them brown up.

I was going to make cornflake crusted chicken fingers tonight.

If all else fails, Martha Stewart has some chicken tenders recipes on her web site.
