I'm just shy of 1500 calories today and got in 8 miles this morning. Good day but I struggled with hunger this afternoon. Hopefully it won't be as much of a struggle tomorrow.

i had a great monday, and slept really well. i woke up feeling light and well rested, and had a great workout. i will be on plan today, as most work days are jsut peachy for me.
