As most of you know, I did not think to weigh or measure myself before I started eating healthy and losing weight so I don't REALLY know what my starting weight was (though I know within a 10-pound range). As a result, I also don't really have any good before and after pictures.
However, this week, just after I posted the pix of Myriam and I, my friend Pea posted a picture of she and I and 2 other friends on another web board devoted to cruising because we "met" (online) a bunch of other people who are going to be sailing on the same ship with us next month and we want to be able to recognize one another when we meet in person. When I saw the picture she posted (from our 2002 cruise), I CRINGED!
See, up til I saw the picture with Myriam within days of the 2002 cruise picture, *I* had not yet seen much difference between the old me and the new me. When I was visiting with Myriam recently, I took a picture album and Myriam asked "Is that you?" and I thought "Holy COW, do I look that different?" So I thought I'd share the two pix as my before and after, even though I'm pretty sure I was not yet at my highest weight in the 2002 picture.
Granted, I still have a good 40 pounds left to lose, but it was nice to see some improvement!

Like I told you Sheri, I really think you've come a long way. You have lost alot of weight since the time you took those pictures. I couldn't believe it when I saw them.
If I am to post my before and after pictures, the before would be the thin 130-pound me, and the after would be the ones in which I gained 40 pounds..So depressing. Then as soon I succeeded in losing 25 pounds, I got pregnant...I know that I have a lot of work to do to get back to my pre-pregnancy routine, and hopefully start loosing again .
Again congratulations on your success, you're an inspiration !!

You do look beautiful! And I'm with Cathy, just the idea of going on a cruise is dreamy to me. Something that I probably will never get to do, but it sounds wonderful!!!!
Blessings,
Lori

Sheri - you look fabulous. You have a beautiful smile and your shrinking figure shows it off even more. Congratulations and keep up the hard work - you're so worth it.

You look great! Wow! You should be so proud of yourself. I wish I had before and after photos that I could post. I have them, but they are not digital photos.
