I thought I'd try something different -- maybe we can see what the trend is for the week after the spring holidays:

Question:
So, how are you doing weight-wise this week?

Choices:
I'm maintaining and happy about it.
I lost a little (or a lot) this week.
I stayed the same, at least it wasn't a gain
I gained a little (or a lot)
I am not going near a scale this week!

215 this week but then I didn't weigh until 3:30 so maybe it would have been a tiny bit lower this morning.

I've lost a pound this past week. Down 5 pounds in the past 5 weeks.

Blessings,

Last night's unofficial reading was 140.6# with 16.7% body fat.

My weight bounces around a lot, but at least I have stopped my constant upward creep.

I'm down from 202.5 to 199.0. I'm not sure how, but I'm not arguing.

Yep, it's Wednesday again. BUT this week I feel more confident that I have done the best things for me. I didn't overeat on Easter, I didn't have candy or sweets, I exercised at least five out of the seven days. The scale may not show it, but I feel better, and that's what counts.

UP one...and living

Today, I'm at 162.6, which is down from last Wednesday's 163.4 but up from Monday's 161.8.

It sure was nice to see that 161 number again!

I'm up a pound from my current low. I'm not sure if it's Easter or just something passing. Right now I can't be bothered with it Wink

Hugs! More hugs!

I am godo with weight. As I said, I've worked hard to keep calories in line, but food choices need to improve- a lot.

As of this morning, I'm on my way back down from Chicago and Easter : )

Now to just get through the rest of the week without stress eating.

I got lucky -- despite my torrid interlude with peanut butter eggs and mashed potatoes this weekend, I lost 1.2 of the 2 pounds I gained. It's been up and down, with a gradual downward trend. I keep getting so close to that next decade, but not quite there yet.
