OK I know I need to really start to focus on getting in my exercise this week. Its week 27, what's your plan?

I am planning on my 50 crunches a day, 27 chair sits and will get in 3 - 15 minutes of aerobic activity this week.

Ummm let's see ....

Wednesday: 1 lap at work (about 10 minutes)

Thursday: 25 min treadmill, 45 incline crunches, arms, shoulders, quads

Friday: 20 min treadmill, some dumbbells stuff

The past week a I went to the gym everyday except Friday that is my day off from the gym. I will try to continue this coming week.

Wednesday: Stomach vacuums, crunches, supermen.

Friday: Treadmill walking. No dumbbell exercises. I have a minor non-exercise-related wrist injury.

Saturday: About two hours of snow shoveling dog trails. My Shetland Sheepdog gives his new trail system a Five Woof rating. Smiler

Thursday: Tae-Bo Cardio (44 minutes)

Friday: Off day

Saturday: TamiLee Webb Advanced Arms (15 mins) + 4-mile WATP (1 hour)

I've been car-less all week. So no gym again.

Yesterday I did take two walks during my breaks at work though -- one 10 min, one 15 min.

I'm going to try and do the same today. Plus, hopefully, my car will be fixed today. *fingers crossed*

Monday: Stomach vacuums, crunches, supermen.

Tuesday: Treadmill walking (35 min.), dumbbell exercises (7).

I have "good aches" all over, so I must be working at the right intensity. Last year, due to multiple injuries, my previous intensity had to be pretty conservative.

Monday: Tamilee Abs + 10-minute ballet + 10-minute yoga

First time I've exercised since Thursday as I've been sick since Friday morning. I did intend to get some exercise yesterday and didn't get it done. Took me until mid-afternoon to get it done today...I tend to feel worst in the a.m.s with this thing and a.m.s is when I exercise, so it hasn't meshed well.
