Last week: 157.6

This week: 157.2 - 157.6

Not too shabby, considering that I went 4-5 days in a row w/o exercising, ate quite a few cookies and a few chocolate truffles, and had beef two nights for dinner (beef tends to stay in the body longer). Of course, I just got back yesterday, so maybe it hasn't all shown up yet!

Well, I checked myself this morning (its been a strange week) and while I don't seem to have gained, I haven't lost either. I am also bloated, so hopefully that TOM will show up today, since I have to work tomorrow.

The "double belt" I have from the 80s (the kind that is supposed to wrap around twice) almost fits again. At my heaviest, it almost fit my waist once around!!!

The leather belt is getting a little closer to the first hole, and the "goal pants" fit a little better.

Well, it is Friday morning. I am at 206! I guess I did pretty good over the Holidays Smiler.

(PS: Dd has lost 40lbs since she started working in March 2005 and went from a sedentary college student to a pre-school teacher with 20+ kids to chase after all day.)

Last week: 155.5
Today: 157.5

I'm fairly certain the 2 pounds is water retention caused by eating at my MIL's MOnday (she's a lifetime smoker and can't taste anything unless it has 5x more salt than it needs, and she adds the extra salt while cooking). It usually takes my body a good 5 days to recover from eating at her place, so by this weekend I should be back to normal (that would be not looking like I swallowed a whole honeydew).

Fall goals:
1. Bike 40-50 miles a week
2. Prepare new garden bed for next season
3. Heal my back

Hi all,

Long time no see! What buying a house, moving, and the holidays can do! For the record, 171, not too bad considering the last few months!

Everything counts.

I managed to stay the same all week...which I am quite okay with. Wink

Weel, it has been a few weeks since I have weighed in here. I was not so surprised about my weight after the Christmas rush. I indulged in quite a few yummy baked goods.

Dec 7 - 225.0
Dec 28 - 226.6

I am going to try out the jars of marbles for a visual aid as was mentioned in another thread.

Enjoy every minute!

Jennifer

Goals for April: Exercise 3 times a week. Drink more water everyday.

Long Term Goal: Weigh-in at 180 lbs by my next Birthday. (Sept-13/06)

My unofficial weights have been in the <gasp!> 140.x range. I'm hoping that "something magical" will happen before my official weigh-in on the 1st. Smiler If not, I'm confident that I can get back into my maintenance range by the January 15th.

Goal: Stop stress snacking.

Another pound, ugh. Well, we went to the gym last night and we are cooking in the kitchen again, that should help for next week's weigh in!
