Posting for accountability... I walked a total of 7 miles Sunday and Monday. Did not walk today. I must get out tomorrow and work toward my 20 mile/week goal. I am tired from a weekend of hell that seems to be extending. I rested today and took care of some paperwork. Tomorrow I have a 1pm apt. and need to be out of the house just after lunch. I will walk in the morning. Must walk in the morning. Is anyone else getting up and moving. I could use some "company" and some support!
With the warm temps I am outside rather than in for most all of my walks. Jen, you are right- it is great for my mental health to be outside. The early mornings are best for me.

Now that I have a pedometer, I'm shooting for "treadmilling" three times a week, and outdoor walking twice a week. (On "dumbbell days", I use the treadmill as my general warm up.)
