Posting for accountability...
I walked a total of 7 miles Sunday and Monday. Did not walk today. I must get out tomorrow and work toward my 20 mile/week goal.
I am tired from a weekend of hell that seems to be extending. I rested today and took care of some paperwork. Tomorrow I have a 1pm apt. and need to be out of the house just after lunch.
I will walk in the morning. Must walk in the morning. Is anyone else getting up and moving. I could use some "company" and some support!

With the warm temps I am outside rather than in for most all of my walks. Jen, you are right- it is great for my mental health to be outside. The early mornings are best for me.

Treadmill - done.

Now that I have a pedometer, I'm shooting for "treadmilling" three times a week, and outdoor walking twice a week. (On "dumbbell days", I use the treadmill as my general warm up.)

If you make it enjoyable you'll be more likely to stick with it.

P.S. Just noticed you got your walk in today. Good job!

I did 3.5 miles this AM. I spent the first half of the walk thinking about why it would be ok to stop, but the second half flew by.

Sandy you can do it!

I will be walking this evening instead of in the morning. My DS is at Grandma's for a week, so my schedule is my own!!!!!!!

Tomorrow, my schedule is 35 minutes (2.1 miles) on the treadmill, followed by dumbbell exercises.

Today, in addition to the treadmill, I mowed the front lawn. According to my new pedometer, the front lawn took 4711 steps, 2.0 miles.

I did 1 mile on the rowing machine today, 3 1/2 miles on the cross ramp and 3 miles on the arc trainer.

Tomorrow is my "rest" day so I can't keep you company then but I'll be back at the gym on Thursday which will be an eliptical and biking day.

I'll be walking dog at 6:30 CA time and doing elliptical at 7am.

I skipped today. I really needed to clean the kitchen. The dirty kitchen was going to be more stressful that missing a workout.

I'll be with you tomorrow.
