I've got 1550 calories planned today, and the plan is to stay busy and burn up some calories.

Then the plan is to have Indian take out for dinner tomorrow.

Tomorrow will be my "Day 35", which a long time for me to track food this accurately. Smiler

Burned 2055. I wanted to be busier... but I skipped pulling weeds for the first time in a while. If I pull weeds for 30-60 mins a night... I should have the front and back yard done in about 2-3 years. No... the front should be done in 2-3 years.

I can not tell you how much I hate Bermuda grass. 30-60 mins... and I can weed one square foot.

I am at 1402 calories today. No reason I will go off plan. I have been telling myself "oh well" when I want a bite of this or that. Oh, well- no biggie- so what if I want it. I can easily not have it. For me the stress is in the "should I or shouldn't I moment when I'm not clear.

I have not been moving much today. Although I did 1 hour of interval training, I sat in a 90 minute meeting and now need to sit for an hour or more to complete some teacher continuing ed work.
Still, with calories around 1400, I am good and hopefully losing.
