Burned 2055. I wanted to be busier... but I skipped pulling weeds for the first time in a while. If I pull weeds for 30-60 mins a night... I should have the front and back yard done in about 2-3 years. No... the front should be done in 2-3 years.
I can not tell you how much I hate Bermuda grass. 30-60 mins... and I can weed one square foot.

I am at 1402 calories today. No reason I will go off plan. I have been telling myself "oh well" when I want a bite of this or that. Oh, well- no biggie- so what if I want it. I can easily not have it. For me the stress is in the "should I or shouldn't I moment when I'm not clear.
I have not been moving much today. Although I did 1 hour of interval training, I sat in a 90 minute meeting and now need to sit for an hour or more to complete some teacher continuing ed work. Still, with calories around 1400, I am good and hopefully losing.
