I have been PATHETIC this week with exercise, so I forced myself out for a nice long zesty (it was cold!) powerwalk/jog today.

10,205-step powerwalk/jog (1 hr + 15 mins. incl. stretches)


Personal Healthy Habits Challenge - 10/1 to 12/31/08:
1. Exercise: Get back to consistently working out 3-5 X week.
2. Food: Get back to consistently preparing healthy lunches for the week with increased veg servings.
3. Behavior: Reduce intake of sweets.

Monday 1 hour belly dancing done.
Thursday 25 minutes on the exercise bike. 5.5 miles.

40 minutes of Yoga.

Going to try an intro to Power Yoga DVD tonight (I'm cycling through my New Yoga DVDs)

Rather than bump up LAST week's exercise thread and get everyone confused, I'm going to put Saturday's exercise here:

Saturday: New York City Ballet Workout (1 hour)

I think I already put my hour-long powerwalk from Friday in last week's thread before I headed out of town, but not sure.
