Well, it seems like I can't plan ahead for everything. I have been really trying to get myself back on some sort of track, but everytime I think I got it, another bump in the road hits.
Yesterday it was with not working out, but I decided instead not going to Yoga class today, that I would do 45 min. and then go to the training for work. THis worked out v. well, except they did have lunch, even though I brought my own. I ate mine and then about 2 servings of Sun Chips. I also still ate hard candy throughout my shift. *Tomorrow I will bring a toothbrush to put in my gym bag to make sure this does not happen anymore.
I decided when I got home to take the dog out for our 20 min. walk. Then my dh he just wanted to be on our own for dinner. I basically snacked my way through some popcorn, crackers, jello, ice cream, and a few other things for dinner.
Tomorrow I am going to try a new class at the Y and am hoping that will push back on track. Thanks for listening.

We all have bad days and some days where we just can't keep our normal goals. The important thing is you still did a workout and was active. It's not in falling off our routine that counts but the ability to see it and get back on tract as soon as possible. Sometimes I fall out and it's weeks getting back to where I should be. I promised myself I would work on eatting a few small meals a day instead of one and nothing all weekend. I haven't been sucsessful in 20 some years but I am still trying. Today I had no appitite as I passed a kidney stone the other day and I am trying to pass one now. I ate a small salad for lunch and a pc of fruit for dinner. I still didn't get the brkfst in but I didn't skip dinner altogether. I had a few ww crakers for night meds. See all was not a waste even though I didn't complete my goals.
Hi Steph, Here are the positives I got from your post, you worked out 45 min earlier in the day AND you took another 20 min. walk in the evening. So, look on the bright side, you did some good things for your body today even though your eating was a little off. Jill PS: Hope you have a better day tomorrow.
Summer Challenge Goals: 1) Walk 30 minutes a day, 5 days a week 2) Plan weekly menus
