Have you checked out www.glutenfreepantry.com?They have recipes, the "bread doctor", and also all types of bread mixes that you can order from them. Spelt is not gluten free (although most people are less sensitive to splet) so their products generally don't contain it. My sil used to get stuff from them all the time and loved their products.
