Yep, one more time. I am looking for a book, small, convenient to carry with me, that gives you the carbs for most "normal" foods. Does anyone know of such an animal? Now that I have to keep track of points and now carbs....I need something that has it figured for me already.
I'd sure appreciate some ideas. I've checked the websites and their good, great in fact, but I can't take that with me.

It's never too late to get it right.

I seconded the South Beach guide. It is pocket sized and is easily tucked away.

I have what you want, it is a small book and it lists fats, carbs and calories, also has food from some resturants it is a good book.

I don't recall if I got it from there website, or a book store or www.overstock.com I have had the book since I started my weight loss 3/03.

Here is the site http://www.calorieking.com/
