Here's my plan for today and come hell or high water I'm sticking to it!

B: Flax english muffin with lite cream cheese (they were out of my usual muffin)
L: black bean burrito with avocado and salsa
S: roasted red pepper soup
D: my homemade root veggie soup and whole wheat bread
E: the weight workout that I blew off yesterday will be doubled in lenght.

PS Thankfully the scale didn't go back up this morning so I'm still down 2 pounds. I need it to keep going in the right direction though!

Tomorrow's an odd day with food and logistics. Here's my plan:
B: raspberries and yogurt
L: larger than normal: bagel sandwich with veggies and turkey breast, mustard, diet coke

I don't have my food completely planned out, but intend to stay within my calorie range today. I'm still really tired from being sick, but am going to attempt my normal wednesday schedule (although I did vote against getting up really early to throw in a run for fear of pushing the stuff in my head into my lungs).

Food will be portion controlled, especially since I have to work 1-9 (which will also help thwart still on the couch snacking), and am not currently worried about being thrown off track.

Life is like a roller coaster, with lots of ups and downs, but the curves, spirals, loops and corkscrews are what make life interesting.
