when the ditz at the salon overwaxes your eyebrows...

everywhere at home is a mirror, and I see these horrible things and get pissed all over again.

I had a wonderful natural shape to them, it just needed a little cleaning up, not scalping.

I never "re-try" hair, brow people. I figure there are enough competent ones available- I don't need the stress.

The woman they'd had previously was wonderful. I explained to her that I like the shape of my eyebrows, that they just needed a little cleaning up, and she listened.

This new woman, after we finished and I was upset, tried to show me what the "rule" was, which she had wrong. I explained to her what my rule was.

I may try her once more just to see if she can learn, because it does need to be done. I'll take in a makeup pencil and draw where she is allowed to go or not.

I let NO ONE touch my eyebrows!! I pluck them myself. I had a bad waxing experience a long time ago and since then forget it.

ooh,ouch, ouch!

having one of those days, eh?

hang in there.

Goals:
1. Stop thinking like a chronic dieter and start living to inspire.
2. HALT (hungry, anxious, lonely, tired) I will stop and tune in with myself should I experience these things, and respond with something healthy.
3. One word 2008: courage
4. Eat slow and mindfully.
