Hi all,
This recipe sounds SOOOO good to me, and definitely something that we would enjoy, but the only fish I have on hand right now is frozen mahi mahi filets. Would they work with this recipe do you think?

If not, you could try this one:
Pink Peppercorn Mahimahi with Tropical Salsa I've been dying to try this myself, but can't seem to find pink peppercorns in my regular grocery store.
