Just asking, cause you hear a lot that has no basis, but wanted to know if anyone else had heard of these:
1. Don't put lemons in your water anymore, they have been linked to salmonila...especially if the lemons sit out, as in restaurants and then are put in your water??????
2. Using Grapefruit juice 100% and citrin (the stuff you put in jelly to make it gel) has been found to help take away the pain of arthritis. Something about the two put together, is a natural pain reliever?
3. Women who don't express their opinions in a marriage, even if it's over small things, and hold in their thoughts, tend to suffer more from depression and heart disease due to stress?
Just wondering?
It's never too late to get it right.

I've heard of #1 but more in regards to there are lots of pesticides held in the peel of the lemon and you are immersing them to be rinsed off into your drink. FWIW, I still put them in my drinks. I also just heard there was some study about germs on the lemons and other things put in drinks because restaurant employees usually use bare hands to add them to your drink.
#3 totally makes sense to me but I haven't heard it.
#2 sounds pretty iffy and yet fairly harmless to try.
Goals: 1. Stop thinking like a chronic dieter and start living to inspire. 2. HALT (hungry, anxious, lonely, tired) I will stop and tune in with myself should I experience these things, and respond with something healthy. 3. One word 2008: courage 4. Eat slow and mindfully.
