WASHINGTON (Reuters) - Couch potatoes who complain they are tired all the time have an easy solution -- a little light exercise.

Regular, low-intensity workouts such as a leisurely stroll can boost energy levels by 20 percent and decrease fatigue by 65 percent, a team at the University of Georgia found."

I think this is so true, when I get to swim constantly, I feel a lot better...more endorphins, more happy horomones....can't wait to be well enough to get back in the water!


Summer Challenge Goals:

1. Get out of the house and in the pool four days a week.
2. Schedule meals a week at a time.
3. five fruits and vegetables a day, along with water.
