Rest of Summer Goals: 1. Exercise-Cardio: Min. 2-3 walking or DVD cardio workouts per week. 2. Exercise-Weights/Toning: Min. 1 weight plus 1 toning workout per week. 3. Food: Get those veggie servings back up to where they were! 4. Behavior: Start reducing sweets now that the automatic after-meal response is better.

I haven't been lurking, I'm sorry to say...I've been running around like a fool, working too hard, asking myself repeatedly why someone with two kids and a full time job would get a puppy, and eating out way too much (last week I clocked in at 7 restaurant meals). But I've also managed to start a daily yoga habit, keep with a daily 30 minute walk, and finally sign up for guitar lessons.
Fall goals: 1. Bike 40-50 miles a week 2. Prepare new garden bed for next season 3. Heal my back
