I have "good aches" all over, so I must be working at the right intensity. Last year, due to multiple injuries, my previous intensity had to be pretty conservative.
First time I've exercised since Thursday as I've been sick since Friday morning. I did intend to get some exercise yesterday and didn't get it done. Took me until mid-afternoon to get it done today...I tend to feel worst in the a.m.s with this thing and a.m.s is when I exercise, so it hasn't meshed well.
