It is on at 9pm on Friday and profiles a different diet each week. This week it is going to be Jenny Craig.

Setting DVR but I will have to wait till Sunday night or Monday to watch it. Will be at the apartment all weekend and she doesn't have that channel.

She used to be on Discovery, I think. I know I remember watching her.

I found her enjoyable to watch and pretty informative. But basically I found that measured against KD's approach and lots of exercise, those diets (for the most part) would be tough for me to stick with.

Life is like a roller coaster, with lots of ups and downs, but the curves, spirals, loops and corkscrews are what make life interesting.
