What exercises are people planning/doing this week?

Friday 1 hour water aerobics done.

Thursday: 25 minutes fast walking on the treadmill.

Thursday: 1/2 hour Budokon(for those that never heard of it, this a combo of yoga, martial arts, meditation), and also 20 min The Firm Ab Sculpt. Jill
Summer Challenge Goals: 1) Walk 30 minutes a day, 5 days a week 2) Plan weekly menus

Wednesday 2 hours curling. I shot first so that meant I was sweeping the most. Ouch my arms are a bit sore.
