I really didn't have a very good food day yesterday. Really the only veggie I had was cole slaw.
However, given the enormous frustration and stress I went through last night, I am patting myself on the back, because I did not use it as an excuse to eat chocolate, ice cream, cookies...
I ate a crazy concoction of a dinner, but that was it. Neither thing I ate was a particulary horrible thing, just not fruit or veggies.

Well, thanks for your support everyone. However, there must have been residual "whatever" leftover today, because I ate a LOT of chocolate today. I lost track of how much
I didn't eat an entire bag or anything, but way too much.

Dawn, Not as bad should really be ....good considering what it could have been.
I have had many times when I have done fairly well all day, in spite of lots of stress and then managed to cave in to some really bad, crazy choices in the evening.
Remember, I am the Macguyver of snacks in a desperate situation. Eggo waffels and nestle chocolate syrup work in a pinch.
You done good!!!!

Thanks everyone. I've already had 4 pixie tangerines (they are tiny, so probably like 2 regular ones.)
