I took the info for one serving off of the package labels and then figured the numbers for the amount I was using and then added them together. I used fitday for the banana, vanilla (no label), and egg yolk. Also, my egg yolk was from a large egg-not a medium as called for in recipe.
The brands I used: Pillsbury Flour, King Arthur Whole Wheat, Arm & Hammer Baking Powder, Calumet Baking Soda, Morton's Salt, Dixie Crystal Brown Sugar, Publix Oil, Egglands Best Large Egg, Kroger Brand Vanilla.
It is ok to use other brands but your numbers may be slightly different than mine. The fact that different brands have different numbers is why KD rarely gives nutritional info.This message has been edited. Last edited by: BrenauMom,
