Goal for spring. Start exercising. Now that the daylight will be longer, especially once we get to daylight savings time, then I may be able to work in a walk in the evenings.

When I saw this in the WW magazine, I thought, oh how easy...but it's hard to think of 10 things I could do and achieve by June 21....but here goes:
1. I want to be able to stick to program
2. Exercise three times a week in the water and 3 times on my bike.
3. Get my chest xray done, and add the EKG to that
4. Get out the summer water jug and use it now.
5. Take the tai chi class
6. Treat myself to a facial and massage.
7. Organize my files of recipes for summer healthy eating
8. Go to visit my dad
9. Move my craftroom upstairs
10. Devote 30 minutes a day to reading and writing
11. Get to bed by 11:00 each evening
12. Work on changing my attitude about being 50+
13. Start planning a field trip to Duluth
14. Sort through summer clothes and update
15. Write more paper letters, less e-mails.
It's never too late to get it right.
