What exercises are people planning/doing this week?

Saturday: Powerwalk (1 hour + 5 mins.)


Personal Healthy Habits Challenge - 10/1 to 12/31/08:
1. Exercise: Get back to consistently working out 3-5 X week.
2. Food: Get back to consistently preparing healthy lunches for the week with increased veg servings.
3. Behavior: Reduce intake of sweets.

tuesday---Family walk outside---30ish min.

Wed---Yoga class

Thursday---20 min. on NEW elliptical machine at gym

Wednesday 1 hour yoga done.
Thursday 1 hour water aerobics done. There might be some swimming later in the afternoon...

YogaZone DVD: about 35 minutes of conditioning and stress release. Skipped the end which is meditation, if I meditate before work I will be very sleepy!!

Wednesday: A 4.67 mile walk in the park.

It's about 90F out. I prefer cooler walking temps.

Saturday: Dancing with the Stars (40 mins.)

Monday: Tai Chi/Kickboxing Combo (50 mins.)
