Thanks Denise, interesting article. Just to let others know I did not have to register to read it. I'm curious what a study of lf diets in a different age group would conclude. I wonder if reducing fat intake earlier in life, say starting in your 20's would result in less heart disease, diabetes, cancer, etc as we age. Jill
