Out of our beliefs are born deeds; out of our deeds we form habits; out of our habits grows our character; and on our character we build our destiny.

I was reading an article the other day about plastics. A study was done that found most people have levels of a certain chemical used in the develpment of plastic, in their bloodstreams. This study said that in early childhood, starting with baby bottles, people gradually raise the level of this chemical. It eventually mimics some hormone and can cause cancer.

We eat organic, just about everything, in our house. We stay away from processed stuff. We try to eat a healthy balanced menu for a healthy life. Yet, every day we learn that stuff we eat or drink, breathe or slather on our skin, is making us sick.

Oh, which reminds me of the article recently about the chemicals found in shampoo and toiletries.

OY!

Thanks Brie....I checked and we have Bunny Luv Baby Carrots in the fridge!

You know, all of these recalls makes me want to turn my backyard into a full blown garden and can everything. Eeker

Life is like a roller coaster, with lots of ups and downs, but the curves, spirals, loops and corkscrews are what make life interesting.
