The new pound I lost just a few days ago apparently missed me so bad it decided to come back. Awww... good friends shouldn't abandon each other!

Note to self: don't eat a huge late-night dinner before weighing in the next morning.

How are YOUR good friends doing this week?

(In case it seems like I'm always jumping the gun with these weigh-ins, it's 7 a.m. here. I'm probably 11 hours ahead of some of you Smiler )

Congrats, Cathy.
As far as homework, I say to keep on doing what you are doing. Sometimes homework jives with some and not with others. No big deal.

I knew I was up and was right. Trying to be more conscious of my choices and remind myself of my goals. Frustrated that weight loss can't take care of itself while I work on other stuff.

I'm up 1.5 because I went and made chicken noodle soup for dinner. Homemade noodles and all. Big Grin Sooo good Big Grin, sooo salty. Eeker

I knew I'd be up, but I've been at 202.0 for several days, so this will be off tomorrow if I ignore the remaining chicken noodle soup in the fridge today.

Today: 164.2-4

Not bad at all! That's only 0.2-0.4 above where I was the day I left for Ohio and down about the same amount from yesterday's weigh-in.

Rest of Summer Goals:
1. Exercise-Cardio: Min. 2-3 walking or DVD cardio workouts per week.
2. Exercise-Weights/Toning: Min. 1 weight plus 1 toning workout per week.
3. Food: Get those veggie servings back up to where they were!
4. Behavior: Start reducing sweets now that the automatic after-meal response is better.

I'm in range but retaining water from last night's soup. I suspect I'm probably close to the very bottom of my range from being sick.
