Today’s Wash Post Lean Plate Club article is pretty good.

Yet another study confirms that humans tend to be pretty poor at calculating the calories they eat… unless they are fed the food in a research study environmnet or eat prepackaged foods ala Jenny Craig.

The author recommends planning what you are going to eat for the day… and portion control.

She also has a review of various free online counting sites like Fit Day and Spark People.
