I don't want to work anymore. My brain feels like playing hookey the rest of the day. Does anyone else get like this on Friday afternoons?

Yep. My work brain doesn't even want to boot on Fridays. I tend to use the day for mindless work tasks and end-of-the week workload organizing.

Fall goals:
1. Bike 40-50 miles a week
2. Prepare new garden bed for next season
3. Heal my back

I've got 2 more hours at the office and a rush project to at least get 75% done by COB because it's due Tuesday and I'm off on Mondays. Ugh.

Personal Healthy Habits Challenge - 10/1 to 12/31/08:

2. Food: Get back to consistently preparing healthy lunches for the week with increased veg servings.
3. Behavior: Reduce intake of sweets.

In a complete reversal from the norm, I've had a pretty productive day today! But I feel it tapering slowly...

I feel the same way. It gets even worse when the weather is nice.

I have Fridays off, but I do my dissertation work first thing because by the afternoon, I'm antsy for the weekend.
