I have been using KD's recipes and methods for only 1 week and at my WW weigh-in on Saturday, I had lost 3lbs already!! I am soo motivated now. I have changed several things already. I started tracking my WW points again and started to use our treadmill again and doing crunches here and there as well. I feel better about my journey so far and what lies ahead. This weight loss journey has been going on for too long and needs to move forward. and Thanks to all of you and your support and ideas and especially KD's Knowledge, I have a feeling it will begin to happen alot faster.

Denise

I tried KD Pan seared chicken with Plum-Chili salsa. It had alot of flavor and you can get you fruit servings in. The hardest part of the recipe was dicing the plums-other than that it was simple. It's from the new book. I'm also going to try her spicy chicken kabobs also from the book.

That's great! Keep up the good work! Keeping a tally of your food intake is a lot of work on a regular basis. What new recipies did you try?
