I'm up a pound this week. For now, until I go to the doc's next week, one pound is probably a good thing. Prior to that I had pretty much maintained for the last 6 weeks or so.

If last week's weigh-in of 154.4 wasn't scary enough, I actually hit a "higher high" later last week after the virtual weigh-in on Wednesday. Yoikes! Glad to be back into more familiar territory.
Personal Healthy Habits Challenge - 10/1 to 12/31/08: 1. Exercise: Get back to consistently working out 3-5 X week. 2. Food: Get back to consistently preparing healthy lunches for the week with increased veg servings. 3. Behavior: Reduce intake of sweets.
