I just noticed the number of times some have posted already. I've been here everyday since week one and haven't even broken 100. I guess I'm more of a "reader" than a "poster".

I belong to a very small support group (Day One) on a BB and our words to everyone is "you can do this" and "baby steps"......One day a little over a year ago I caught Cooking Thin on the FoodNetwork and in that show KD said both these expressions. She struck a cord in my heart and I have watched faithfully ever since.
I only recently joined this forum and of course have a gazzilion questions but I don't want to look like a thread hog so I am doing more reading than posting. Besides I figured if I read long enough most of my questions will be answered anyway.
My husband and I do not believe in fad diets, we have always known deep down that it takes moderation in all things.
I look forward to what I learn here.

Stephanie - I definitely read more than I post. I have tried to make more time and really don't look at the old board very much. It was too hard for me to keep goign back and forth. Getting on once day is tough. Today I was on in the a.m. and here I am again, but I am usually not even on every day.

I'm a talker- with over 200 posts! I think it might be good to read more carefully too. So many people have such great things to say. I don't want to miss much.

I know I do more reading than posting. We are definately growing by leaps & bounds. I am pretty sure increased traffic is one of the reasons we have had slowdownd on the board. It's just "growing pains".
