It's week 35, and we are having more than our fair share of illness and injury problems. Frowner

What exercises are people planning/doing this week?????

I did some crunches on Monday, and today did my dumbbell exercises. I started doing some "rehab level" single-leg step-ups on my new The High Step, just so it wouldn't collect dust.

Did the "Sit and Be Fit". Also did the pt exercises.

Took me a while last night to figure out how to sit on the floor!

Didn't go for a walk... but I did do a load of laundry and made myself lunch... which just about wore me out. Smiler

Monday: 1-hour step aerobics class (which includes upper body weight training, lower body toning and abs work) plus lower body weight training (about 90 mins.)

Tuesday: Balance Ball upper/lower body and abs (30 mins.)

Wednesday: Unplanned off day due to oversleeping

Thursday: Either arms or abs (about 30 mins.)

Friday: Usually an off day but will be cardio this week to make up for unplanned off day on Wednesday. Either WATP 3 or Tae-bo (or 10-Minute Solution Cardio if my DVD ever gets here from amazon!)

Tuesday: I got the ok to put some weight on my leg/foot... and walked across the parking lot. dh offered to bring the car around... but I said that it would be good to walk to it... and then dh misplaced it, so I got a little extra walk in. Smiler

I need to practice my horn... which should be interesting... and then I plan on doing the physical theripy exercises before bed.

Monday: I actually did sit and and do the "Sit and Be Fit Show". I don't know how fit I will be 4-6 weeks from now... but it was kind of stretching and relaxing after using the crutches....

Plan for tomorrow: "Sit/Fit" show. PT exercises and a walk around the block.
