Hey there crunch team! I am so glad you are still in this with me. And welcome to all the newcomers who have joined in with us! Remember you don't have to do the number we are at, you may be able to do only 1. That's where I was 46 weeks ago. There are some in here who actually do a lot more. The point is we are all attempting to do our best and to motivate each other to continue improving at whatever level each of us may be. So here we go gang! I'm going for 46 a day M-F. That will be 1 day better than last week. What are you doing?

I am still with it...I missed Tuesday also, but climbed right back into those crunches on Wed.
Thanks for the reminders.

Done for Thursday. You probably noticed I didn't do them Monday...the very same day I set the goal to not miss M-F this week. But that's ok. I've not missed the last three days. I continually trip over myself, but I'm not going to fall!

Thanks for the advice and the web site - the visual helped! I did 10! The kitties were crawling all over me and making me laugh, so next time I'll lock them out of the room first and maybe I'll do more. I was down at their level and they thought I wanted to play!

2. Exercise 4x per week (5x is a bonus)

I'm no expert but here's an answer until someone else who is can give you a better one.

Lie on the floor with your knees bent, feet & back flat on the floor. Place your hands lightly behind your neck or to the side of your head....DO NOT PULL ON YOUR NECK. Lift your body up a few inches focusing on the muscles in the abdomen. Imagine your armpits lifting straight up to the ceiling. You should feel no strain in your back or neck.
For variety rest one ankle atop one knee and lift to the side. Ex. right ankle on left knee, left elbow moves toward right across the body. Repeat in the opposite direction.
