Thanks, Iz. I have been looking at scheduling and think that I will make it 2 x per week most weeks.
I actually have really enjoyed the class. It's got a different vibe from most of the step classes and the pacing is different too. The change is nice for me.
my gym offers this class, and i have observed it. it is very similar to many weight classes. i used to do this class three times a week, and you do feel a difference quickly. once the lighter weight become too easy, you may think about increasing the weight amount a bit. the class is very nice--offers enough variety and covers the whole body. if you want more upper body exercises, you can take the things you learn in class and do more on your own. cool!
