What exercises are people planning/doing this week?


Goal: Stop stress snacking.

I didn't go out and walk in the fresh air today but I waitressed for 4 hours and it was BUSY so that will count as my walk for the day. I used to wear a pedometer to work at the hotel to see how much I walked. My pedometer battery is dead so I don't know how much I walked but it was a lot. So, tomorrow is my day off-but I am enjoying my walks so much that I just might go tomorrow!

one more day to go to meet 5 day/wk walking goal!

Tuesday: A 5.8 (!) mile walk in the park.

25 minutes on the bike for 5.07 miles.

I haven't ridden the bike since I got sick this summer. It was good to get back on. I have been slacking off a bit too much lately.

I am going to set myself a modest goal of 60 miles by Christmas. This may not seem like much, but it will be in addition to my already scheduled exercise.
